Digging Questions:
- What is Jesus referring to when he says the ancients were told?
- What sin does Jesus say anger is guilty of already?
- Does this raise the bar or lower the bar or keep it the same in terms of what the law requires?
- What is the consequence of this sin?
Reflection Questions:
- What do you think Jesus is trying to get his audience and us to understand?
- Does it seem like Jesus care about our outside actions or inside heart or both?
- Do you have good control of you temper?
- What are some things you can do to not be angry?
